I regularly host events at my Healing Arts Center and/or via Zoom meetings, with the events listed below those that are scheduled next. Anyone is welcome to attend, we love seeing new faces!

Most of my events are offered at no cost, though a donation of $10 or whatever you are able to afford is greatly appreciated. Donations can be done in person, through Facebook Messenger, or through Paypal.

I offer the following services at my Healing Arts Center, only four miles out of town! In addition, I am happy to offer Tarot readings at your favorite local coffee shop or quiet community spot.

Reiki Healing Session
$50 for one hour

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation; reduces stress and supports the body's own natural healing ability through gentle touch.

 

During a Reiki session, I channel universal source energy through the use of sacred symbols to support the flow and balance of your energy and encourage healing. You may experience warmth and/or tingling, see colors, feel a sense of weight lifted, become sleepy, or feel nothing at all aside from deep relaxation. Any of these are completely normal and part of the healing process.

Tarot Reading
$25 for a half hour, $40 for an hour

Tarot is a deck of 78 cards steeped in centuries of history which follow a specific symbolic structure.  The 22 Major Arcana cards represent life's most significant karmic and spiritual lessons. The 56 Minor Arcana cards reflect challenges, opportunities, and events that we experience on a daily basis.

 

During a Tarot Reading, we can focus on specific questions, connections with ancestors and past lives, or even a more general reading to address current or near-future concerns. As a counselor with over 20 years of experience in the helping field, I approach Tarot as a partnership with my client to explore areas of the subconscious or unconscious which, when brought to conscious awareness, can lead to intentional choices and positive change.

Aromatic Energy Healing
$40 for one hour

Aromatic Energy Healing is based on the principles of Subtle Aromatherapy, which is using the energetic aspects of plant allies to help support greater harmony of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

 

During the intake, I will conduct an assessment of areas where your energies may be currently out of balance, using a 5 Element or Chakra approach, and then identify which aromatics will be of greatest support to your healing.  Each session includes custom blending of 2-3 portable inhaler blends that you can use anytime you need them, as well as 2 anointing oils or rollerball blends for topical use.

Yin or Gentle Hatha Yoga Classes
$20 for an individual (introductory price)

$10 per person in groups of 3 or more

Yin Yoga is a meditative, relaxing practice that involves going into deep stretches with the use of props such as bolsters, yoga blocks, and blankets to help calm the nervous system and tone the body's connective tissue with little or no engagement of the muscles.  Poses are held for several minutes, while we focus on being fully present in the moment, relaxing, and breathing deeply.   Yin Yoga is suitable for nearly all individuals, regardless of fitness level or Yoga experience.  

 

Hatha Yoga involves active movement through classic Yoga poses such as Warrior, Chair, and Downward Dog, while maintaining a calm mind and steady breath.   This practice is suitable for individuals of varying fitness levels; the intensity can be varied from quite gentle to more aerobic and strenuous depending on your fitness level, experience, and personal goals.  Hatha Yoga will help you increase your flexibility, mobility, range of motion, mental control, and breath capacity within a non-competitive, supportive environment.
